Laravel admin panels with Filament and Nova

Replace spreadsheets, email chains and database edits with a proper back office. We build admin panels, CRMs and content management systems on Laravel with Filament or Nova, tailored to how your team actually works.

Built for your workflow

Screens, filters, actions and dashboards designed around the jobs your team does every day.

Roles and permissions

Fine-grained access control, audit trails and approvals, so people only see what they should.

Your data, connected

Works with your existing Laravel app and database, or pulls data in from other systems.

AI where it helps

Summaries, classification and drafting built into the screens your team already uses.

Why build your back office on Laravel

Every growing business ends up with a back office, whether it is designed or not. Usually it starts as spreadsheets, shared inboxes and someone who knows how to edit the database. That works until it does not: data gets lost, mistakes get made and nobody can see what is happening.

A purpose-built admin panel gives your team one place to work, with the right permissions, a full audit trail and reports that update themselves. Building it on Laravel means it can live inside your main application, use the same data and grow with your business.

Filament and Laravel Nova

Filament and Laravel Nova are admin panel frameworks for Laravel. They give us tables, forms, filters, actions, charts and permissions out of the box, so we spend your budget on what is specific to your business rather than rebuilding common screens.

We have used Nova on client platforms such as CrewReview and Coachr, and now build most new admin panels with Filament, which is free, open source and very actively developed.

What we build

  • Back offices for orders, bookings, subscriptions, customers and suppliers.
  • CRMs tailored to your sales or account management process.
  • Content management for websites, product catalogues and knowledge bases.
  • Operations dashboards with live metrics and alerts.
  • Approval and review tools for claims, applications, documents or content.

Adding AI to admin panels

Admin panels are one of the best places to use AI, because the work is repetitive and a person is already in the loop. We add actions such as summarising a long customer history, suggesting a category for a ticket or drafting a reply for someone to approve. See Laravel AI integration for more.

Process

How it works

  1. Map the work

We sit with the people who will use the panel and map the tasks, data and permissions.

  2. First version

Filament lets us ship a working first version quickly, so you can try it with real data.

  3. Refine

We add the custom screens, actions and reports that make it fit your business.

  4. Roll out

Training, documentation and support as your team moves over.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Should we use Filament or Laravel Nova?

Both are excellent. Filament is free, open source and very flexible, which makes it our usual choice for new projects. Laravel Nova is a paid first-party package that suits teams already using it. We support both and can help you move from Nova to Filament if it makes sense.

Can you add an admin panel to our existing Laravel app?

Yes. Filament and Nova both sit inside an existing Laravel application and use your existing models, so there is no separate system to keep in sync.

Can we use it as a content management system?

Yes. We build content management for pages, products, articles and media inside Filament, which is often simpler and safer than running a separate CMS.

Our app is not built with Laravel. Can we still have a Filament admin?

Often, yes. Laravel can connect to an existing database, so we can build an admin panel over your current data while the rest of your system stays as it is.
