Modern slavery statement

This statement is made under section 54(1), Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and sets out the steps Larasoft.io Ltd has taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain for the financial year ending 31 October 2021.

Larasoft.io Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities, our supply chain and our products, and has zero tolerance towards them.

Organisational structure

Larasoft.io Ltd is part of the Redhair Group, whose parent company is Redhair Holdings Ltd. We operate in the United Kingdom, in the software development sector, and use one overseas supplier for outsourced development services.

Due diligence

We use internal supplier audits to identify, monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Risk and compliance

• We assess every new supplier for the risk of slavery and human trafficking.
• We review the mapping of our supply chain regularly.
• If a supplier does not comply with our procedures, we will look to end the relationship immediately.

Measuring effectiveness

We use the following measures to check that our approach is working:

• contacting suppliers about their modern slavery practices every six months,
• training staff and raising awareness within the company, and
• auditing 10% of our suppliers each year.

Training

Staff complete initial and refresher training that covers how to recognise the signs of slavery and human trafficking, what to do first if they suspect it, how to raise concerns internally, what external help is available, and what to do if a high-risk supplier will not adopt anti-slavery policies, including removing them from our supply chain.
